Tim shea on documentary films
Tim shea, a UVA (University of Virginia) graduate student belonging to curry school of education, analyses the different elements towards understanding a documentary film. He successfully dissects the different ingredients that imparts a documentary its grim nature. Here, he compares two different documentaries - one about a brothel from a crowded indian metropolis and another, a fun take on an all conquering fast food chain and its damaging effects on USA's health. Give it a listen! Also check out wade Brawdshaw's talk at http://am2ta.podOmatic.com/entry/eg/2007-11-14T19_45_44-08_00.
